Why I Do This

I’m an organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change and create healthier ways of working. With a PhD in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University, I bridge academic theory and real-world practice. My work blends evidence-based strategies with creativity, leveraging visual arts to make learning and coaching both engaging and effective.

My work is about listening deeply, uncovering what’s really going on beneath the surface, and creating solutions that fit your unique situation. At my core is a belief that work should be a place where people feel respected, supported, and able to grow. My commitment to creating healthier workplaces is what inspires me to do the work I do every day.

In addition to my own coaching work, I am an associate partner and coach at Great Shift, and an associate at Barnes Management Group, where I support leaders and teams as they adapt to evolving workplace models, with a focus on building trust, engagement, and well-being. I am passionate about co-creating workplaces where people can do more than just adapt to change; they can thrive.

Beyond my consulting work, I also love to spend time in my art studio creating collage art.
